PBIS and the Integration of Restorative Justice, Self-Regulation, Trauma-Informed Practices, and Social and Emotional Learning
With Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) as the over-arching umbrella, the practices of restorative justice, self-regulation, trauma, and social and emotional learning will be discussed as they intersect with PBIS. Instead of seeing these practices as separate initiatives, discussion will be around the melding and combining of our efforts, and how to be effective and cohesive in the work. Examples and a model will be reviewed.
